This small batch coffee is excellent! The beans were roasted to perfection. I’m comparing this to my own roasts. For years I went through the trouble of doing it myself. It’s time consuming and sometimes tedious but the flavor you get after finding a quality bean online then working through roasting time, storage and all the other details, is better than anything you can find in a store. My friends at Don Ruiz have done all this for me. I don’t know the source of their beans exactly but I am not worried about that after tasting the first cup. This small batch, home grown brand is the best I’ve ever purchased and I’ll be buying more.
