Shipping policy

We make every attempt to ship your order within 3 business days after it has been quality checked.  We ship from zip code 31326. We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or on federal holidays when the postal system is closed. We will use the shipping address information that is provided with your order so please ensure that it is correct. Don Ruiz Cafe is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and the customer may be responsible for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address. Currently we only ship to the USA.  You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and scheduled for shipment. If you do not receive an email from us please contact us sales@donruizcafe.com  

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.  However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation. DON RUIZ CAFE LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST STOLEN OR DAMAGED  PACKAGES ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR FACILITY AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ARRIVAL TIMES.
