WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON COFFEE BECAUSE OF ITS PERISHABLE NATURE. However, we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to help resolve any issues.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
